I may use photobashing, 3D base models, and Brushes/Stamps for the commission(s) if I see fit~

PRIVATE COMMISSION means that any commission(s) is nonpublic, and I as the artist cannot reveal about it in any way shape or form!

I have the right to self-promote by streaming and/or posting the commission(s) as examples on social media unless you have paid for a private commission(s) (unless mentioned on the form)

COMMERCIAL USE means that any commission(s) is monetized so it could be used for streaming/brodcasting, and promotions!! However for MERCHANDISING is where you promote & resell the commissioned piece as either a digital or physical product weather it’d be a freelance or a company!

DO NOT modify, edit or change the commissioned work without my permission!

Acceptable payments are the following VGen, Kofi, Paypal, and CommissionsGG

COMMERCIAL USE is already in the base price.However PRIVATE commission e costs x2 the price

PRIORITY FEES can depend on the time I have and if I have other commission(s) to do

Partial Payments will be accepted if the commission(s) reaches 60$ or above!

I will only refund if I can’t finish, or if you want to cancel the commission(s) before I begin

No Refunds once I start, and finish the commission(s)

Currently I only do SUPRISE ME/SKEB & YCH COMMISSIONS that means NO communications, NO wips and progress images!

NO MINOR OR MAJOR REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED unless it’s for design mistakes and said design mistakes will be fixed for FREE!

if any delays arise, you will be notified with a reason!

I THE ARTIST HAVE the full freedom to decide on pose, expression, and scene unless you the client have written or sent references of what you wanted in the form!

After finishing the commission(s) I will be sending you the final work as an PNG and will keep a copy of it! if 3 months have passed the file will permanently be deleted from my end ~
